We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Manager with a strong background in hands-on software engineering and expertise in clearing, business, and capital markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 6-8 engineers, driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality software solutions. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, managing software engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ORM frameworks, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of clearing, business, and capital markets.

• Familiar with Ruby and Mongo DB
