As the Senior EMEA Solutions Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Enablement, Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing, to ensure our go-to-market strategy aligns with our overall business objectives.
Your mission is to inform and to inspire companies to use Okta for their internal and consumer facing apps.

The role includes:

  • Ensuring our messaging and value propositions are compelling to the local market, target segments and personas
  • Being an advisor to the EMEA marketing team on audiences, business careabouts and solutions fit
  • Building strong partnerships with the Global Product Marketing Team to ensure two way and a successful ‘landing’ for key initiatives such as product launches
  • Rolling your sleeves up to lead a number of initiatives including sales plays integration, content strategy for key campaigns, market and competitive analysis
  • Following and analysing solution performance data, making recommendations to ensure we are meeting goal
  • Being a storyteller/spokesperson/evangelist internally and externally
  • Partnering with global peers to drive best practice
  • Leadership of a small team

You will have:

  • Worked in SaaS companies that sell to CPOs/CTOs and Chief Digital Officers (CDOs)
  • Experience in the identity, developer, or dev infrastructure space
  • Proven ability to engage with technical and business audiences alike, building empathy, understanding their unique challenges and motivations, and demonstrating the value of Cloud solutions
  • A problem-solver mentality, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of collaborating on marketing programs that drive revenue and pipeline growth
  • Passion, energy, and curiosity to learn fast, experiment, and drive positive changes
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Excellent presentation skills, with experience of communicating all at levels to both small and large audiences
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects without a proven playbookExperience positioning Zero Trust, CARTA, or SASE a strong plus
