POSITION SUMMARY…

The Manager, Specialty Clinical Programs will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our specialty programs with the development of clinical resources. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in specialty pharmacy and program management to drive growth and enhance patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy d egree
2. Valid Part A license in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
3. Previous experience in specialty pharmacy or a related field.
4. Clinical expertise in major therapeutic areas required by specialty pharmacy practices .
   5.Excellent writing ability and verbal communication skills, able to relate content marketing strategies and outcomes to the needs of other internal teams and metrics
5. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage strategic projects alongside multiple ongoing operational initiatives .
6. Ability to break down complex content strategies into smaller, manageable tasks , and assign workflows.
7. Strong collaborator with prov en ability to work and execute cross functionally . Health & regulatory background is an asset.

The Senior Manager , Specialty Clinical Programs will develop and implement opportunities to grow our specialty portfolio in collaboration with pharmaceutical partners and healthcare practitioners . Th is role will also be responsible for developing programs and clinical resources that will prepare our pharmacists in execut ing these new and/or evolving initiatives . To ensure the success of these programs, and that they meet internal and external regulatory requirements, this role will liaise with cross functional partners such as central & field operations, marketing, legal and compliance .
