    What will your typical day look like?
    Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition and Mobility, this pivotal role is part of the TA & Mobility leadership team for Australia. As the leader of our Strategic Sourcing team, you will drive the fulfilment of both immediate and future talent needs across experienced hire and early careers, aligned with our workforce plan. You will continuously evolve our sourcing strategies, employing innovative methodologies and tools, and leveraging our robust technology stack, which includes Avature CRM, AI Talent Intelligence Platform, LinkedIn Recruiter (and Talent Insights), Tableau, and more.
    Collaborating closely with our leaders, you will deliver vital data, market intelligence, and insights to inform our talent acquisition strategy in line with business priorities. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you’ll coach a team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists. Partnering with the Experienced Hire, Early Careers, Innovation & Enablement, and Employer Branding teams, you will engage and nurture pre-qualified talent pools, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that consistently attracts top-tier talent.
