Description:

As a key member of the Central Franchise Strategy Integration team, the Strategy Integration Senior Manager collaborates closely with various internal stakeholders (including Franchise teams, Stills, Frontline Marketing and Finance) and bottling networks.
Acting as a strategic business partner, this role shapes the narratives of business performance and generates insights focusing on opportunity and risk mapping, while considering both internal and external sources of information. The manager provides recommendations to maximize opportunities and minimize risks. In addition, the position supports the orchestration and integration of critical processes such as the annual business plan, long-term plans, and management routines (e.g., weekly routines, Decision Point, and T2T).
This role serves as a network connector within Coca-Cola and with external suppliers, bringing benchmarks and operational solutions to the forefront.

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or consulting in similar roles.
  • Exceptional data analysis and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales databases and Retail Measurement Services (RMS) tools such as Nielsen and Kantar.
  • Strong ability to interpret results, connect data points, and provide actionable insights.
  • Able to bring an outside-in perspective and maintain an on-the-ground viewpoint to provide feedback to operations and strategy teams on market activities, macroeconomic trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence multifunctional peers.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with a high comfort level in managing ambiguity

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and synthesize insights using both internal and external information sources (e.g., NSR, Industry Estimates, Nielsen, Global Data, Kantar, Euromonitor, IHS) to identify granular regional opportunities and recommend actionable market-level plans.
  • Champion the performance tracking of the regions by monitoring key metrics such as volume, revenue, operating income (OI), value equation, big bets, and share of market/value within Non-Alcoholic Ready-to-Drink (NARTD) categories to ensure achievement of Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets across all countries.
  • Act as a strategic partner and collaborator with the franchise and commercial teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Support the Franchise and Strategy teams (FSI, I&A, Growth) in critical alignment processes (e.g., T2T, Annual Business Plans, Long Range Plans) with bottlers at the local level.
  • Capture and share best practices, facilitating the import and export of innovative ideas throughout the network.
  • Manage relationships with various market and consumer intelligence providers, such as Nielsen, Kantar, and Global Data, by orchestrating priorities, briefing business needs, and elevating the level of insight generation.
  • Navigate uncertainty and manage multiple interactions and negotiations with senior management team members within the Coca-Cola system.
