• Leading an internal team of Supplier Performance Managers who are responsible for the performance of the GI Claims supply chain network, ensuring high standards of service delivery, cost outcomes and compliance with regulations.
• Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks to monitor and evaluate supplier and service provider performance.
• Reviewing assurance findings, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations, and taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance and reliability.
• Identifying and managing risks within the supply chain, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
