YOUR ROLE
As Senior Manager for Supply Chain your primary role will be to lead the employees in the department and set direction for the area to fulfill the overall strategic targets for Ferrosan Medical Devices. You will be an important part of the management team in Supply Chain Management.
You are a strong people manager and will manage your area based on respect and humility and a strong focus on continuous improvement. You will be guided by the strategy of the company and our drive to focus on value creation for our customers.
As our Senior Manager, Supply Chain, you will oversee daily management of the Purchase, Planning, Shipping and Compliance team. Your team ensures continuous timely delivery of products to our customers. The position requires stakeholder management and close collaboration with a wide range of internal stakeholders, as well as suppliers and customers. This while constantly ensuring high compliance level in the department and continuous improvements of our purchase, planning, shipping and compliance processes.
You will support your employees through setting direction, sparring on decision making, ongoing prioritization and removal of roadblocks. You will ensure that the right competencies are available and utilized efficiently across ongoing initiatives as well as local and company projects.
You and your team will be responsible for driving and supporting updates to our MRP systems, including change management and successful implementation, while maintaining a high-level quality mindset.
