LOCATION/DIVISION SPECIFIC INFORMATION:

This position is located in Santa Clara, CA, where our dedicated team is devoted to supplying our customers with the products necessary to accomplish their scientific objectives. We have a strong dedication to conducting business ethically and are seeking like-minded individuals to join our expanding team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in the life sciences and capital equipment manufacturing industry.
  • 3+ years of people leadership and development.
  • Proficiency in an Enterprise System, such as SAP, Oracle, or another major ERP system.
  • Ability to build relationships across different parts of the organization: Commercial, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, new product’s introduction, material planning, manufacturing/capacity planning and IBP / SIOP processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
