EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated expertise of at least 8 years in supply chain management, emphasizing process improvement and effective decision-making.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams that consistently achieve exceptional results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Strong drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strict adherence to ethical business practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Electronics manufacturing setting with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements including but not limited to: safety glasses protection and closed toed footwear.
- Prolonged periods of sitting required.
