POSITION OVERVIEW/

As the Senior Manager of System Integration Program Management, you will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex integration projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of system integration processes, and a proven track record in program management.

QUALIFICATION/

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, construction and/or security integration work experience
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Up to 50% travel required across Canada and potentially in the US to meet with partners
  • Flexible to work outside standard hours as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the development of a Systems Integration and partnership program to drive new sources of revenue across North America, with an initial focus on Canada
  • Channel Management, understand the low voltage and access control industry, design a profitable licensing program, recommend an appropriate System Integrator compensation model which will position the company and System Integrators to win, select best in class system integrators and build a program that will allow us to scale and service customers across North America, expanding globally.
  • Implement the strategic vision for system integration projects.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of system integration projects, from initiation through to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align program objectives with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to system integration.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
  • Address and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner
