JOB SUMMARY

The role of the EMEA Senior Manager, TA Strategic Enablement is to equip those that perform the hiring process with the right tools, systems, process documentation and training, enabling our candidates to receive a world class hiring experience.
In this role you will work closely with our EMEA TA Leadership team, HR, D&I, Technology & Analytics and Finance Teams regionally as well as teammates across the Global Talent Acquisition/HR Leadership team.
This role will drive strategic impact against our core hiring performance metrics through working closely with their TA Analytics team mates to understand current performance and trends as well as output of our candidate and HM engagement surveys. These insights will allow us to always be focused on solving the greatest areas of value.

Core responsibilities will include. · Partner with the Senior Director, TA Strategic Enablement to project manage the delivery and execution of our TA Strategic roadmap.

  • Report out against the TA Capacity Planning process, optimizing supply (TA) and drive alignment with business demand (headcount)
  • Facilitate the review of our end to end hiring process and work with the Talent Acquisition Leadership team to document and communicate and systems/process change or new integration to our extended HR community of over 400 EMEA HR team members, driving consistency in experience across the region
  • Collaborate with Global and regional TA to enhance the functionality of our systems to meet local requirements and support user experience, including implementing new tech as we further innovate.
  • Oversee our reporting infrastructure and build templates and a communication cadence, guiding the TA Operations team to execute strategies that best informs the business on hiring forecasting, pacing and performance.
  • Deliver a Talent Enablement Plan those nurtures skills required to uplevel the TA/HR teams in the areas of TA process change, enhancements, and insights, facilitating career growth and increasing customer/candidate experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in leading regional and/or global projects through discovery, design, test and implementation, with particular experience in TA technology/process change implementation and enablement · Communication Plans & Change Management · Delivery of training programs
  • Process documentation · Experienced at effectively managing risks, issues and dependencies in a project environment
  • Experienced in strategy development and communication
  • Ability to understand, interpret, present and challenge technical and/or complex information to stakeholders
  • High level of Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.

EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
