We have a career opportunity for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - to join our dynamic HR team. This pivotal role will support our mission by attracting, recruiting, and retaining the best talent to drive our innovative projects.
The Senior Manager will lead our talent acquisition initiatives, collaborating closely with department heads and C-level executives to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a robust hiring framework that prioritizes a diverse and highly skilled workforce.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 9-12 years in talent acquisition, preferably in a multifaceted organization.
  • Strong track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles across different functions.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies, with a modern approach to sourcing talent.
  • Experience in a high-growth or agile environment is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Experience leading and nurturing recruitment teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
