Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong interest in guiding a team, training recruiters, and driving effective proactive sourcing efforts, along with a willingness to do direct hands-on recruiting work as needed. You will own all recruiting efforts for Honduras and EMEA and will partner very closely with managers and executives to define and optimize recruiting strategies. Sourcing combined with a data-driven approach are key to all our efforts at PartnerHero. As a recruiting leader, leveraging data and providing visibility will be a primary focus towards ensuring success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Hands-on leadership of a team of recruiters for technical and non-technical roles, which includes: collaborating with our global sourcing team to attract passive talent, reviewing active applicants, screening resumes, performing interviews, closing offers, and advising hiring managers.
- Partner closely with the TA leadership team and global sourcing team to (1) Develop and implement innovative strategies through internet research, LinkedIn, SeekOut, networking, and more and (2) Optimize recruiting efforts and drive operational excellence.
- Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, product processes, and the competition.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
