Seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition. As part of the Talent Acquisition management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for our organization whilst leading an energetic and dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
- Experience in recruiting in fast-paced growth environments
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles in the Development / Construction industries
- Middle East recruitment experience
- Team management experience preferable
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management of C-level executives
- Support in the development of the recruitment strategy to achieve QIC’s strategic objectives.
- Assist in the development of recruitment budget in alignment with the organization budgetary requirements to allow effective delivery of desired objectives.
- Manage annual recruitment plan based on approved workforce plan in coordination with department heads and provide recommendations as required.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and define job requirements
- Manage the identification of the most optimal sourcing approach to identify and attract potential candidates and leverage multiple internal (i.e. newsletter, email) and external channels (i.e. referrals, alumni, agencies).
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, industry events, and networking
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit, and make recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Manage the achievement of the team’s objectives through effective leadership by setting individual objectives, managing performance and developing the team to maximize performance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative strategies
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop effective onboarding programs for new hires
- This role has a requirement for personal 360 recruitment activities (deliverables) and team management
