EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Prior 6-8 years of relevant work experience, of those a few years of experience in leading talent management and development teams with a focus on scale-up environments, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent development programs, leadership initiatives, and talent pipeline strategies in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment and adapt talent strategies to evolving business needs
- Global mindset and experience in working with internal diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent English skills and understanding of working internationally as well as a strong sense of cultural sensitivity
- Top-notch attention to detail, organization skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
