We’re looking for a Staff IT Program Manager to mature our IT portfolio management processes, drive key strategic programs, support Organizational Change Management efforts, and partner with Information Security and other internal stakeholders to balance competing priorities.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, IT Engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Mature the IT portfolio management processes
  • Monitor portfolio health
  • Help drive prioritization across IT portfolio
  • Develop minimum standards for all projects and programs
  • Partner across the organization to understand and balance competing priorities
  • Drive key strategic programs
  • Communicate program status
  • Work closely with team to manage inter-dependencies
  • Support IT’s Organizational Change Management efforts
  • Help develop IT’s 3-year strategy
  • Help develop what “the future of work and collaboration” look like at Affirm
  • Serve as a trusted member of the IT leadership team
  • Navigate and manage within an environment of ambiguity with diverse partners
