Senior Manager - Technology Infrastructure

LEADERSHIP

• Manage the effective achievement of the assigned section’s objectives through the leadership of the section – setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, providing formal and informal feedback and appraisal, responsible for recruitment qualified staff and managing performance.
• Support the line manager in the development of the IT strategy, IT operating model, IT roadmap and service catalogue to ensure alignment to GCAA’s long and short-term strategies.
• Enhance core efficiencies and competencies, and leverage technologies to maximize performance and widen the scope of the IT services.
• Support the management of change initiatives relevant to the technology infrastructure functions.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field with 7 - 9 years relevant experience in the IT sector
• Certifications in System Engineering and Cisco Network Systems
• Certification in ISMS & ITSM ISO is preferable
