DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven track record of leading and managing projects and clients in the infrastructure & transport sector (5+ years)
• In-depth knowledge of transport infrastructure, mobility trends, and Finnish transportation policies.
• Strong business development skills with a demonstrable ability to win new clients.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and verbal).

YOUR NEW ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager / Manager to lead critical projects and manage client relations. You will also play a pivotal role in building up a strong team in Finland together with colleagues in Finland and rest of the Nordics, expanding our client base, and delivering exceptional consulting services.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Manage a project team of talented consultants from different departments specializing in transport infrastructure and mobility.
• Develop and implement sales plans for the Finnish Transport Infrastructure & Mobility market.
• Secure new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. (e.g Ministry of Transport, Finnish Transport & Infrastructure agency, VR etc.)
• Manage client projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.
• Contribute thought leadership through presentations, proposals, and industry publications.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the transport sector.
