Databricks is looking for a high performing Senior Manager, Treasury to join our Finance team in our mission to help data teams solve the world’s toughest problems. The Senior Manager, Treasury leads our Treasury team and will oversee the day to day cash management of our global operations – this includes ensuring the business has the right amount of cash in every location for every payment while minimizing the risk to cash & investments on our balance sheet. As a Company in hyper-growth mode our cash needs are constantly expanding, in direct relation to our global revenues, to both new markets & existing markets. Helping us scale for the future will require a hands-on leader who can develop treasury initiatives that are best for the business – the Senior Manager will communicate with cross functional stakeholders and senior management on why each project is the best decision for the Company. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important leadership role in a high growth organization building the Treasury function. You will report to the Senior Director of Tax.
