Tasks

• You’re significantly responsible for the innovative optimization and further development of the digital service and onboarding topics of sky.de and the service app “My Sky”
• As the end-to-end main contact person (m/f/d) for all digital journeys, you’ll act as an interface for internal and external partners
• Project Management for journey-specific concepts and strategies as well as the continuous analysis of user behavior and needs using data and KPIs based on a wide range of sources are part of your daily business
• You consolidate and coordinate optimization and development initiatives as well as requirements
• Collaborating with different departments and interfaces and keeping an overview of different projects and topics at all times are also part of your work

Requirements

• You’ve a university degree or equivalent and have at least 4 years of professional experience in the field of Web Management
• Your work experience in the Media / Digital industry has enabled you to acquire valuable skills in agile project management and in the use of tools such as Jira & Confluence, while you possess digital expertise and are full of aim to work in an international group platform team and to define, prioritize and represent requirements for local specifications
• You’re hardworking and knowledgeable about digital services and customer products
• You know how to convince with your structured project management and your presentation skills, which are underlined by your confident appearance and your strong presentation skills
• You describe yourself as a team player with high motivation and your way of working as independent and self-reliant
• Your very good German language skills (at least C1) and your business proficient written and spoken English complete your profile
