Description:
WHO YOU ARE
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Web Experience team to oversee web projects while implementing operational efficiencies and prioritization frameworks to help set the team for scale. As Senior Manager, Web Programs and Operations, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of key web initiatives, as well as manage day-to-day operations and production for our global public-facing websites. You have team management experience and can comfortably drive your own projects while leading a team of talented web programs and operations specialists to ensure a seamless and effective online experience.
You are an organized web marketing professional who can drive a long term vision of what to aspire to but also recognizes the realities of day to day work. You are able to manage your own projects in a timely manner and execute with a high attention to detail while comfortably prioritizing to meet deadlines in a function that manages a high volume of work. As an experienced web leader, you can comfortably work with internal and external partners, and are able to present your work to stakeholders and explain your rationale.
This role reports to the Director, Web Strategy and Experience and is part of the larger Brand Marketing function.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- Proven experience with over 10 years working on web programs with progressive experience in project management, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Leadership experience 3+ years in a management role overseeing teams of four or more.
- Knowledge of web technologies and languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, React) is a plus.
- Familiar with industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and GSuite.
- Experience with Wrike, JIRA, and Workfront is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a similar discipline.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and enable a team of talented Web Programs and Operations specialists and producers.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and execute global web initiatives to support business objectives.
- Work within the Web Experience team, partnering with experience design and engineering, and peers across brand design, content and SEO to deliver a world-class web experience.
- Collaborate with global teams and localization specialists to efficiently manage the website in an expanding set of languages.
- Partner with product and industry marketing, growth marketing, content, and design teams to launch new campaigns, product feature pages, and while contributing innovative ideas to drive engagement and purchase intent.
- Work closely with Web Engineering and IT to maintain technical infrastructure, resolve complex issues, and ensure seamless integrations within the broader marketing stack.
- Establish and maintain governance processes—including project management, content management, version control, and brand/regulatory compliance.
- Ensure site reliability, security, and adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Provide regular performance reports to marketing leadership, recommending optimization strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging web technologies to enhance the overall brand experience and keep our digital presence at the forefront of innovation.
- Proactively contribute to project discussions and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table
