Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager (all genders) to join the Workplace Solutions team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
As a member of the Workplace team overseeing corporate office space – this position will primarily manage all property and facility activity in Berlin. This role combines facilities operations (hard and soft services), project management skills and a commitment to internal customer relationship management.
We seek a senior manager who demonstrates proven success in building and running a team in a fast paced organization, delivering complex projects and programs with demanding timelines and actively supporting day-to-day operations. The successful candidate must operate as a true partner to other teams like Finance, HR, IT, and other functional areas and establish highly integrated relationships with vendor partners. They must be comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels, simultaneously acting as a service ambassador, internal analyst, solutions architect and implementer, experienced in multinational / multicultural corporate environments. Having a passion for and in-depth knowledge of Property Management, Facilities Management Operations is mandatory.
The optimal candidate is an experienced, vibrant, and engaging professional who understands the nuances of being an approachable but highly knowledgeable partner for internals and external vendor services – fostering solid internal and external relationships.
