    We are seeking an exceptional Senior Management Consultant with an AGSVA security clearance to be a significant member of our dynamic and successful Consulting team. As an experienced Management and Strategy Consulting professional, you will have a proven background in delivering above the line consulting services to the Australian Federal Government.
    To be successful for this role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of clients, keen attention to detail and a drive to deliver high-quality and innovative outcomes.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provide strategic consulting services and guidance to business and technology executives
  • Lead small teams of experienced consultants to deliver high value work across industry segments
  • Work collaboratively with clients to identify business issues and their root causes and/or clarify strategic and operational challenges
  • Develop strategy plans, business cases, reports, strategic communication products, and solutions to achieve desired client outcomes
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops for executive and non-executive staff that clearly and concisely highlight key findings and recommendations
  • Strive for quality business outcomes in complex client environments
  • Provide reviews over all parts of the project lifecycle (strategy, design, implementation, and post-implementation)
  • Undertake business analysis, commercial review, cost modelling and advice
  • Provide oversight and leadership of government change programs
