Your Job
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the driving force within manufacturing engineering competencies securing that we are updated and fully competent to solve the task and challenges within Manufacturing Development, Clinical and Commercial Builds. You are on top of GAMP and find it interesting to learn even more. Furthermore, you will be running projects from late-stage development to Design transfer and into commercial production, occasionally supporting manufacturing processes.

Phillips-Medisize Global Innovation Development is expanding, and we are setting up new Manufacturing Development and Commercial Build facilities. For this we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer based out of Struer, Denmark. If you thrive in a project organization creating unique medical devices it might be you, we are looking for.

WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar
  • Working experience with medical devices
  • Proven project-based experience
  • Experience with ISO 13485, GAMP, and other related standards within the medical devices
  • Hands on experience with planning and estimations processes
  • Broad knowledge on atomization and assembly processes
  • Commercial understanding and the ability to transfer this into project execution
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong ownership skills
  • Fluent in English - spoken as well as written

Responsibilities:

  • Develop methods and processes for manufacturing
  • Be a part of an internal global professional network for manufacturing
  • Lead DFA/DFM work
  • In cooperation with the project team, recommend methods and technologies
  • Collaborate with production sites globally
  • Review documents
  • Develop competencies within manufacturing and assembly
  • Communicate and report to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in customer meetings
  • Cost Estimate on manufacturing processes
