Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of experience in the market data industry, either with consumer firms, market data vendors or exchange

Desired Qualifications:

• A good understanding of a variety of uses cases for market data related to Retail Brokerage, Investment Banking or Sales and Trading
• Knowledge of key market data concepts such as unit of count, vendor or record, derived data, redistribution
• Solid understanding of supporting applications who need data integrated into their application, either streaming real-time services or end of day pricing and reference data services
• Experience with major quote terminal, index, research and ratings, and analytics providers
• Knowledge of market data inventory systems (MDSL/MDM a plus)
• Knowledge of entitlement systems (DACS and EMRS a plus

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Market Data Analyst to join our team of talented market data professionals. Wells Fargo is a significant consumer of market data products and services which are used across our many lines of business. Our primary consumers of services are within our Corporate & Investment Bank and our Wealth and Investment Management divisions. We partner closely with our Supply Chain and Third Party Risk teams to form a virtual organization that supports the full lifecycle of market data management.

In This Role, You Will:

• Work with line of business stakeholders and end users to ensure they have the right products and services available to them.
• Consult and support application managers and developers who integrate market data into their applications
• Collaborate with Market Data Technology teams to ensure that we are providing a reliable and performant set of technology solutions to support customer facing and internal applications
• Work with market data vendors to understand their products and services, assist in negotiating favorable contractual agreements, and building relationships with sales and support personnel
• Support our market data compliance functions by educating users and application managers on license terms and restrictions and help to resolve any gaps or vendor concerns
• Support our lines of business in managing their costs and ensuring accuracy of our inventory and allocations and optimal efficiency of our spend
