Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated (Senior) Marketing Analyst who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. You will be a part of the Marketing Analytics Spoke department that covers various business areas (Online Marketing, Offline advertisement, CRM, Content and Graphics). Learning, experimenting and collaboration is the heart and soul of our team. You will be supported by web- & app-analysts, business intelligence experts and data scientists.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of relevant experience working experience as a Marketing Analyst, SEO Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM Marketing Manager or equivalent
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in International Business, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Statistics, Data Science or similar
  • Strong SQL-skills and a good understanding of relational databases
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing landscape
  • Quick comprehension, high affinity for numbers and feel for metrics and KPIs
  • Advanced Excel capability
  • Working experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview or similar
  • Know-how in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar
  • Experience in using Python for data analysis is a plus
  • Fluent in English; any other European language is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main analytics expert regarding marketing topics
  • Shape up our reporting, regular/ad hoc analysis and dashboarding capabilities,
  • Support central and local managers’ projects as well as reporting to Management
  • Apply advanced statistics methods in order to deliver relevant insights
  • Planning for new tracking initiatives and maintenance of existing tracking concepts
  • Based on your research you give recommendations on efficiency potentials, customer insights and competitive advantages by collecting, combining and leveraging large datasets from various sources
  • Hosting training sessions for colleagues within and outside the team on your areas of expertise, for knowledge sharing/building.
