Your role will centre around gathering and interpreting data from sales, CRM systems, and digital platforms, tracking channel effectiveness, and reporting insights to inform decision-making.
Market research and customer profiling are integral, as you identify trends and segment audiences for targeted marketing efforts. Your decisions will ultimately impact sales, therefore commercial understanding and insight is a must.
You’ll need to be able to use Power BI, Google Analytics and Excel to a high standard. You’ll also need to be confident in meeting with stakeholders whilst balancing multiple projects, this role is super hands on.
