YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A SENIOR MARKETING ARTIST

• Utilizing artistic skills to paint over and enhance visuals, contributing to the overall quality of marketing materials
• Collaborative communication within the marketing team and actively seeking constructive art feedback from the Art Team
• Being responsible and having ownership over the execution of all art-related marketing tasks based on creative briefs, PR teams and art leads to feedback.
• Game Captures: Record high-quality in-game footage or take screenshots for trailers, promotional videos, social media, and advertising campaigns. This requires working closely with the game engine or development team to capture key moments, gameplay mechanics, and visually stunning sequences.
• Staging and Composition: Set up scenes within the game, focusing on camera angles, lighting, and character positioning to ensure the captured content is cinematic and impactful.
• Editing Captures: Post-process game captures by editing raw footage, enhancing visuals, and adding transitions or effects to make them polished and professional.
• Creating Key Art and Visuals: Develop promotional images, wallpapers, box art, or in-game marketing assets like banners, splash screens, and icons. Pose and render 3D models in Blender.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in creating key art for games, including proficiency in 2D, 3D, Paint over techniques, and expertise in crafting poses from 3D rigs
• Experience in making quick concept art and fully polished artwork
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and/or Clip Studio Paint
• Good knowledge of using Blender for layout, camera, and perspective
• Expert level knowledge in Unity
• Basics of After Effects
• Basics of cinematography (visual storytelling, camera techniques, lighting)
• Good knowledge of using Blender for layout, camera, and perspective
