Description:
Are you passionate about paid digital advertising and want to join one of the largest footwear companies in the world? ASICS Digital is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate for our Global Marketing Team to champion paid advertising tactics and drive innovation.
This position will focus on supporting and collaborating with our marketing leaders. You’ll have a hand in shaping advertising assets for upcoming ASICS product launches, analyzing campaigns to drive strong global marketing outcomes, and assisting in launching paid media buys.
The right candidate will have proven experience in digital advertising: you’re comfortable working in-platform in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and understand paid KPIs, analysis, and reporting, as well as best practices. The right candidate will also have experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting in front of colleagues of varying seniority and advertising backgrounds.
The ASICS Digital team is a global division of ASICS based in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to build digital campaigns and technologies to better connect the ASICS brand to its consumers. We are responsible for the launch of global product campaigns, continued development of mobile-fitness solutions, global e-commerce platforms, and other digital services that encourage people to move, get fit, and stay balanced.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work closely and collaboratively across business and marketing teams to champion paid advertising tactics and ideas; improve campaign efficiencies and drive usage of globally-produced assets in paid campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing leaders and creative teams to review assets for upcoming brand and product ad campaigns; provide recommendations for innovation
- Assist in planning and executing global media paid campaigns in partnership with regional and global marketing teams
- Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaigns to support global and regional marketing teams
- Exploration of advertising trends and competitive landscape
- Be a team player with an ability to work with multiple colleagues globally
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Be globally-minded and willing to work with stakeholders across time zones in North America, Asia, Europe, and Australia, with occasional early-morning or evening calls (employees are encouraged to take time off during the workday to balance these hours!)
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
- 2-3+ years in paid advertising experience at a brand or agency
- Strong understanding of paid advertising landscape and best practices; know what works in terms of creative for paid advertising in order to accurately review campaign assets
- In-platform experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (must-have) and Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads & Analytics (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with paid advertising KPIs, analysis, and reporting
- Attention to detail, specifically budget tracking and campaign set-up
- Experience with MOAT Analytics, Twitter Ads, Snap Ads, Pinterest + Programmatic partners a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at once
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority and marketing backgrounds, comfortable giving presentations
