Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Automation Associate is a key member of the marketing team, responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing marketing automation systems. This hands-on role focuses on integrating automation tools with CRM platforms, running digital marketing campaigns, and driving business growth by generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs). The specialist will enhance the marketing process and ensure the seamless flow of data across systems, ultimately supporting the company’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Functions:

  • Design, implement, and manage marketing automation systems, ensuring seamless integration with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, and maintaining system functionality.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, monitor performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize campaigns for generating marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and improving overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the technical aspects of integrating various marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn, Meta Sales) with Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring compatibility and efficient data exchange between systems.
  • Oversee social media activities, leveraging automation tools to enhance engagement while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
  • Continuously improve and optimize marketing workflows and systems, collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment with business goals and enhance overall efficiency and results.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • Post Secondary Diploma or degree.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, marketing, or a related business field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong focus on marketing automation, digital campaign management, and social media strategy preferred.
  • Experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial markets is preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform campaign optimization, with strong skills in tracking and reporting campaign performance.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with experience in using project management software and tools, Microsoft applications, and Procore.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
