Right now, we’re looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to jump in and play a vital role in the optimisation of L&C’s CRM strategy

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a forward thinking and adaptable Senior Marketing Communications Manager who’s no stranger to regulated environments.
You’ll be a Marketer through and through, able to use your knowledge of systems, audiences and markets to achieve measurable results.
You’ll have extensive experience of eCRM automations and knowledge of both traditional and emerging customer experience approaches and methodologies used in marketing communications. You’ll be proficient at using enterprise eCRM systems (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Red-Eye or similar). Displaying a strong understanding of cross channel lifecycle automations, including their implementation, personalisation, data integration and audience segmentation.
Exceptional customer experience and outcomes will be at the forefront of everything you do and you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills together with a robust planning and organisational capability.
Real world application of regulatory requirements (FCA, GDPR and PECR) will be fundamental to the role and your commercial awareness will underpin the success of your team.
You’ll be a persuasive influencer, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. An experienced people manager, you’ll engender a supported, purposeful team spirit.

Responsibilities:

Working as a senior member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, development and optimisation of targeted automations and communication journeys that enhance engagement, drive retention, promote cross sales and nurture brand loyalty across the customer lifecycle.
You’ll play a key part in developing CX strategies, working in tandem with stakeholders across the business to refine and optimise outcomes, ultimately driving a customer first approach to L&C’s communication journeys.
You will propose and support the launches of new communication journeys that will help L&C with the attraction, engagement and retention of prospective customers. This can involve analysing competitor journeys, products and services and developing plans. You’ll analyse, report on and review performance data to enable optimisation and development.
