  • Canva (or equivalent) - Intermediate

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing functions including:

  • Brand. You will work with internal experts to ensure that all assets produced align to our defined brand guidelines, including visual identity, TOV and GTM. This extends across corporate, personal and employer branding.
  • Content. You will create and curate content (including graphics, photography, video and text) that is optimised for multiple digital channels (social, website etc). Content will include case studies, opinions pieces, Q&As, white papers, industry news and company announcements. You will produce and deliver a structured content plan that is designed to support our sales ambitions.
  • Planning. You will produce and deliver the marketing plan (including activities, budgets and KPIs) to ensure that we can demonstrate ROI for our marketing investment.
  • Management. You will build a marketing team (starting immediately with an Executive hire), providing mentoring, guidance, and support.
  • AI. You will embrace AI tools such as ChatGPT4 and HeyGen to establish an efficient content engine, that will enable us to deliver content rapidly to our different audiences.
  • Technology. You will have a keen understanding of the technology we use to meet client needs. Full training will be provided on the Optimizely technology ecosystem (Optimizely One), but a good appreciation of the complexities of digital solutions will be important, including the Martech stack that you will be using.
  • Lead Generation. You will combine effective inbound tactics with focused outbound ABM programmes (including with our technology partners) to deliver a reliable stream of high-quality leads to our sales team.
  • Event Management. You will devise and manage a variety of event to support our clients and technology partners, whilst supporting our internal colleague engagement activities.
  • Data Analysis. You will conduct performance analysis, funnel reporting, lead and content analysis, forecasting, and strategic budgeting. You will track and report on marketing KPIs, providing summaries and recommendations.
  • Martech. You will have responsibility for our HubSpot website and CRM, both of which we intend to replace in 2025.
  • Partner Management. You will ensure that we are engaging with our technology partners in an effective way to strengthen those partnerships and ensure a solid stream of opportunities is maintained.
  • Market Analysis. You will understand, refine and drive the communications around our value proposition, highlighting what makes us distinctive in the market.
