With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Senior Marketing Director to our team in the Long Island Office.
The Senior Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve the company’s business objectives, driving growth, brand awareness and employer/provider of choice brand recognition. Strategic leader, mentoring a team of marketing professionals and external resources or partners. Expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and client retention through innovative and effective marketing strategies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years leading people within the marketing function. Preferred technical and leadership experience in B2B marketing
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and develop marketing strategies that drive business growth and market share.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience managing external resources including firms and independent contractors.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Marketing experience within the security industry and related channels specific marketing channels (e.g., digital marketing, content marketing).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
    Compensation Range: $115,000 - $145,000 Annually

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives including new market expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and achieve team targets.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources wisely across different initiatives and optimizing return on investment.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using analytics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • External Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Digital Marketing: Create strategies to drive growth through digital marketing efforts including, website, SEO, social media channels, value added e mail campaigns, Google reviews
