This role is Billund based and the successful candidate must live and work in Denmark fulltime
As the Head of Product / Senior Marketing Management Director for LEGO CITY in our Product Group (PG) Core Business, you will be responsible for the journey from vision through to execution, leading the global long-term brand strategy, leading the cross functional LEGO CITY team to deliver compelling product innovation, communications and brand experiences that excite and delight consumers & shoppers in their with the brand.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the global business performance as well as the longer-term strategic direction of the LEGO CITY business and brand. From a leadership perspective, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver sustainable commercial and market penetration growth. Additionally, you will:
- Define + drive the Franchise vision, long-term strategy and short-term business plan.
- Hold the decision mandate for the Franchise, incl. trade-offs (time/cost/quality).
- Elevate & scale the brand strategy across regions and touchpoints.
- Own proguct, communications, & entertainment content strategy and execution.
- Be global Product P&L responsible, incl. business steering and in-year adjustments.
- Have daily leadership of the on-site cross-functional team and be people leader to a global marketing team.
- Be the primary contact point for all key partners including agencies and Business Units.
- Manage senior stakeholders to deliver the brand plans
- Ongoingly evaluate and improve ways of working to drive effectiveness.
