Senior Marketing & Events Executive (Retail/ Beauty/ FMCG)

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with brand objectives, enhancing product promotion and brand awareness through various channels.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand market dynamics and support trade marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Create and distribute marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional content to boost product visibility.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Support CRM loyalty program development and implementation, tailoring initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in FMCG or beauty industry preferred.
• Proven experience in trade and retail marketing, branding, lead generation, and CRM.
• Basic proficiency in spoken and written Chinese for communication with overseas counterparts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, resourceful, and capable of working independently and in teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
