Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF ROLE

As we grow our global marketing team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. Supporting the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), the ideal candidate will have proven interest in working in marketing and sustainability and be eager to learn new skills within a dynamic team environment.
This role will benefit from being part of a global Marketing team, led by Group Chief Marketing Officer, Kirsten Doddy. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Lead and working closely with the wider regional Marketing team, the successful candidate will be at the heart of coordinating marketing campaigns, responding to the needs of the EMEA and wider business. The job is full of variety and suited to someone with a passion for sustainability and who would like to experience a challenging and creative role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the EMEA Marketing Lead to plan and implement marketing campaigns, including taking ownership of identified marketing initiatives and managing stakeholders
  • Support with creating and editing written materials such as blogs, webpages, and guides
  • Work closely with colleagues responsible for SEO, websites, social media to compose, schedule and publish website and social media content
  • Support with the identification and development of case studies
  • Actively participate in event and webinar coordination, drafting plans, liaising with all event stakeholders, and tracking return on investment
  • Updating and editing digital assets, including podcasts, PDF guides and marketing materials, using Adobe software
  • Support in monitoring and tracking the performance of regional marketing campaigns
  • Undertake competitor and market analysis in line with marketing plans
  • Drafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns, including managing contacts

  • Advanced design skills using Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

Full training will be given on all necessary marketing software.
