The historic and largest offering is the resourcing and matching of paralegals for law firms and in-house legal teams through the Flex Legal proprietary digital platform. The second offering (launched in 2019 after our paralegals started qualifying and looking for more experienced roles) is providing lawyers of all levels of seniority on an interim basis to legal teams with capacity and/or skills gaps. Finally, the most recent expansion has been Flex Trainee - a social mobility initiative to help aspiring lawyers to qualify in-house via the SQE. This is at an exciting stage where we have seconded over 60 trainees and apprentices into a range of in-house legal teams. In 2023, we were approved to join the DfE’s flexi-job apprenticeship agency register giving us the unique ability to offer flexible apprenticeships in the legal sector.

This role will be in Flex’s small but efficient and fun Marketing team alongside our Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing. Our team works closely with Flex’s Commercial and Client Services teams, collaborating on our mission to inspire and enable the legal workforce of the future.
The role is ideal for a confident, vibrant, energetic team player who has the drive to make a difference. With a creative mind and passion for generating new marketing ideas, working off of your own initiative and exploring new avenues for us to explore, you will be an incredibly strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and a love for copywriting.
The day-to-day role will involve creating content and working on campaigns across our channels to both our client and candidate audiences, with an ability to tailor your tone as required. Your main focus will be copywriting for social posts, emails and other short content as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to write longer form blogs, articles and reports.
By growing our team, we hope to spread the word about all the fantastic work we do at Flex, so that each and every legal professional across the industry is familiar with our brand and knows how we can support their team when they need us.
