Description:

Role and responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion, strategic partnerships (franchise), and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities and customer needs, and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, social media,events, and public relations.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Management of Social Media accounts/campaigns, ads, and posts, and respond to comments and enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Involved in planning and executing physical marketing strategies.
  • Liaising with retail mall marketing teams to plan and manage monthly event promotions/campaigns.
  • Curate content for a monthly newsletter for employees.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess minimum 2-3 years experience in F&B marketing and or related service sectors.
  • Good working knowledge of digital marketing/advertising and preferably experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Prior experience with Canva/Photoshop/other design programs.
  • Creative with an eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, possesses excellent creative-thinking and problem solving skills.
