Description:
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
We are looking for a marketing executive to work across our global healthcare business to support the implementation of the marketing and communications plan.
The individual will work as part of the marketing and communications team, and closely with designers and multiple internal stakeholders, to drive greater brand awareness and business growth.
- Supporting the delivery of the overall strategy for Healthcare marketing and project-manage resulting campaigns
- Supporting the production and proof-reading of publications, articles and press releases
- Liaising with our external design provider regarding the production of internal and external materials
- Creating and maintaining a traffic management and filing system to ensure smooth workflow and manage competing demands
- Assisting in developing and distributing marketing collateral, such as event invitations, emails and thought leadership, testing prior to release and running reports on receipt
- Assisting with online events, to include event logistics in advance of and on the day
- Facilitating the placement of Healthcare content on Ipsos’ online platforms, including website and social networks
- Support in implementing PR campaigns and liaison with media representatives
- Maintaining and developing quality relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of seniority and to build relationships quickly internally and externally
- Proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Good attention to detail and great proofreading skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to deal with multiple projects at any one time
- Flexible, responsive, good follow through
- Able to work to deadlines and under pressure, reprioritising as necessary
- Technology and social media savvy; experience with uploading online content, CMS & CRM systems and virtual webinars is preferred
- Good team player
- Healthcare sector experience is preferred, but not essential

Working collaboratively with an established Senior Marketing Manager, this role is crucial to delivering and activating our marcomms campaigns globally. It is a varied role with responsibilities for a range of marketing and communications activities in order to enable the team to deliver against the global Healthcare marketing plan.
Ipsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
