About Learnd: At learnd, we’re on a mission to unite what we call ‘The Power of Many’ to decarbonise the built environment throughout Europe. Reducing emissions in one building is a brilliant effort, but being able to reduce emissions at scale is where the real impact comes from.
Our Building Management System (BMS) solution gives out customers’ existing BMS technology a major upgrade. Our platform combines extensive experience with BMS and an overlay of technology to bring our customers’ BMS out of the basement – giving them unmatched visibility in their building systems so they can manage and make adjustments to their building’s operations faster, more efficiently, and more effectively. With learnd being installed in 1 in 15 buildings in the UK, we’re quickly becoming the largest ESG player in the built environment across Europe.
Position Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the marketing team to help us drive an increase in recurring revenue and gross margin across the business – working cross functionally with Product and Sales to achieve these goals. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing learnd’s overall marketing strategy. You will take the lead on various marketing campaigns and content creation – while also spending part of your role on the design and creation of key collateral such as investor decks and sales documents.
The right person for this role should be a self-starter with a ‘get s* done’ attitude, where you’re comfortable driving projects forward rather than waiting for people to come to you. You’ll be the right hand to the Head of Marketing – leading the execution of our marketing campaigns, investor content, and sales collateral. You’ll need to be able to balance and prioritise multiple projects and be ready to ship things quickly to learn from them, rather than spending several weeks getting everything perfect. You’ll get exposure shaping a marketing function from the ground up, with a high level of exposure across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing learnd’s overall marketing strategy, leveraging insights and expertise to drive strategic initiatives forward and achieve KPIs.
- Take responsibility for planning and implementing integrated / multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels for learnd, partners and end-users.
- Leading on all social media and marcomms channels, including lead nurturing and interaction.
- Developing and managing learnd’s content marketing plans.
- Working with key stakeholders in the business to create and design investor presentations, sales documents, and other branded content.
- Creating compelling content, including copywriting, visual assets, and promotional materials, to engage target audiences and drive conversions.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.
- Analysing campaign performance and customer data to derive insights, identify opportunities for sales, and inform future marketing plans.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including designers, printers, and member associations.
- Actively identify opportunities to start raising learnd’s profile with publicity through thought leadership, news and campaign launches.Staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
