Description:

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the rest of the marketing team and the wider business, to execute various campaigns that deliver brand awareness, drive footfall and hit commercial targets.
You will possess excellent copywriting and organisational skills to support this successful campaign delivery.
With a strong focus on digital campaign management, you will work across multiple channels, above and below the line, including paid social, paid search, display, OOH and radio. You will take responsibility for understanding upcoming events and projects, and help the team fully capitalise on the marketing opportunities these projects bring.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful development and execution of marketing campaigns (across the Longleat portfolio, including events, park developments, accommodation and forestry) delivering strong brand awareness and driving footfall.
  • Working with our external digital marketing agencies/contractors to create a paid media plan, liaising with the wider team to consider the full marketing mix including PR, social and ECRM, briefing assets to the design studio, providing assets and guidance to agencies and ensuring the continuous optimisation and analysis of campaign performance.
  • In conjunction with the wider team, produce compelling copy/content to promote key messages and promotional propositions.
  • Provide campaign analysis and reporting on a high frequency throughout a campaign’s life – seeking opportunities to drive growth and optimise performance and, over a longer timescale, assist in developing strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with the Events and Operations teams to develop event propositions and event communication propositions. This requires gaining a strong understanding of the events, providing marketing insights, sharing this information to the rest of the team and bringing in stakeholders as needed.
  • To work within the wider marketing context to produce outstanding photographic and video content for use in campaigns, website, comms and PR liaising with and briefing freelance photographers and videographers, arranging organizing and running shoots.
  • Responsibility for the design, production and distribution of printed onsite and offsite marketing communications (signage, posters, banners, leaflets etc.) including writing design briefs and collecting print costs for marketing collateral, in conjunction with other relevant departments where required.
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout.
