Description:

KEY SKILLS

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Experience across the marketing mix, including traditional and digital channels.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to take projects and tasks to completion.
  • Experience working in medium to large corporations with matrix structures is preferred.
  • An good eye for detail and good proof-reading skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to analyse marketing metrics and summarise performance.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a team player.
  • Ability to form successful working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external agencies where appropriate.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure. Flexible and able to deal with competing demands and priorities.
  • An interest in business and the property markets globally.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

A great opportunity for a self-starting Senior Marketing Executive at one of the world’s leading real estate companies. Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will work on a variety of marketing projects across the Development, Planning and Savills Earth business divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing the divisional marketing strategies for the Development, Planning and Savills Earth divisions and a variety of sector groups.
  • Build and run multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities to engage target audiences including content, events, digital and print advertising and social media.
  • Build positive relationships and meet regularly with business stakeholders to communicate plans, challenges, developments, opportunities, actions and results.
  • Respond to day-to-day marketing queries and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Prepare marketing presentations for the business including project overviews, distribution plans and campaign performance.
  • Track budgets and spend for relevant projects and programmes.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring all email content adheres to guidelines and promotes coherent messaging and tone of voice.
