Location: Scape HQ, Tottenham court Rd, London
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of all marketing activities for the company including helping to develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives and within budget
  • Assist with the production of content including web updates, blogs, videos and photography
  • Support with comms strategy including email campaigns when required to support the wider marketing strategy, targeting both prospective students and current residents
  • Assist in the preparation of campaign schedules and action plans, identifying specific target markets
  • Support with the scoping of creative briefs and work with external partners to deliver industry-leading creative and campaigns
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows on behalf of the business
  • Create and maintain content for all marketing channels, including with universities and accommodation directories, emails, newsletters, blogs, print media etc
  • Assist with research and benchmarking of competitors and stay informed of market changes
  • Support on the blog content strategy for brand, including liaising with freelancers for written copy and photography
  • Support operations teams with campaigns & any printed collateral required in buildings, delivering a market leading customer experience in buildings, through customer service and in communications
  • Support with being a brand champion in terms of creative and tone of voice, making sure all touchpoints are on brand
  • Manage and implement brand partnership strategy, making sure these align with overall brand strategy. Be the main point of contact with all external partners

  • Take ownership of Scapes social strategy, working with third parties when required to develop the social content strategy, ensuring it delivers value for both the business and our audience
  • Brief and manage content creators and influencers, providing guidance and feedback to keep content in line with the social strategy
