REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any related field with a strong quantitative background
- 3+ years proven working experience in marketing, brand, agency or sales environment
- Highly proficient in using digital platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, META and GA4
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a good understanding of organic acquisition such as SEO
- Creative in identifying target audiences and engaging branded campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Capable of generating meaningful reports
- Proficient in operating platforms such as MS Office, Canva, Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
KEY DUTIES
- End-to-end Brand Campaign Management from Planning to Execution to Post Campaign Analysis
- Paid Social Media and Performance Channel Strategy & Agency Management
- Media and Key Partnerships Strategy & Agency Management
- Retailer Marketing Support
- General Marketing Support
RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end campaign management from planning and cross-functional enrolment to execution to post-campaign reporting
- Manage long and short-term brand and media partnerships and collaborations
- Lead partnership with Paid Media Agency, integrating reports, ensuring optimisations, and managing campaign execution
- Own brand identity on owned and retailer channels (Web, Social, EDM, etc), supporting the Digital Producer and Social Media Marketing Executive through strategy and content creation
- Partner with Fulfilment team to ensure Marketing team is up to date with product availability
- Support the Business Development Manager with ensuring retailers are set up with up-to-date campaign collateral and marketing materials
- Manage brand marketing yearly calendars and weekly, and monthly trackers
- Ad hoc event organization and management
- Media budget management
- Brand experience marketing support
- Where required, attend and support any events, marketing initiatives with PR, Partnerships and Trade Events, eg Baby Expo
- Helping enquire or contact partners, vendors or external stakeholders; ad hoc hands-on help with VM of events and brand representation
