Description:

OVERVIEW

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the creation of marketing content (Aspire Lifestyles and Client specific), sales materials, and management of marketing campaigns. The role is not involved in the selling of services, but in working with personnel to build the Aspire Lifestyles (“Aspire”) brand via
marketing to prospects, clients, and through social media. In addition to writing, editing, and/or proofreading content, this person will also work with third party vendors on creative development.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Expertise in creating engaging marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and build brand awareness
Experience in crafting and refining high-quality content
Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies
Proactive and focused on delivering outcomes, effectively managing competing priorities
Meticulous with a commitment to accuracy, able to multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines
Works well in team settings with a cooperative and resourceful approach
Agile and independent, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on follow-up and relationship building
Understanding of the sales process with familiarity with Salesforce
Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously, craft effective marketing materials
Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams), graphic tools

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, copy writer role or a related field
Experience with social media, content marketing, email marketing is valued
Experience with understanding the needs of ultra-high net worth, luxury industry
Experience with copy writing / editing
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and graphic tools

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field is required

Less than 5% travel, if needed for business reasons

Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and management of marketing content and collateral, including design and copywriting for marketing guides, newsletters, and other materials
Develop and oversee content that promotes Aspire Lifestyles’ products and services across print, social media, and web platforms
Manage and expand the company’s social media presence through strategic campaigns designed to increase engagement in a B2B2C environment with relevant photos, videos and infographics. Focus on increasing traffic, monitoring campaigns, analyzing data and keeping up with social media trends.
Act as the primary in-house copywriter, ensuring editorial consistency and brand alignment
Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns for both client-facing and new business initiatives, utilizing content management software to measure effectiveness
Coordinate with Client Services to ensure alignment with client standards and deliverables
Maintain an organized and accessible shared file system for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Develop executive presentations and high-quality proposal materials, driving timely submission and ensuring the quality of all response materials
Ensure all content used in marketing initiatives has the appropriate rights and approvals, maintaining compliance with legal and brand standards
Ensure consistency and alignment with the Company’s brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels
Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met
