Role: EU Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Remote, with travel to Cleckheaton one day per month
Salary: £55,000K-£65000K DOE
Hours: Monday- Thursday 9am- 5pm with a 4pm Finish on a Friday

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for Ferno Group. Ferno Group design, manufacture, distribute, market and sell products to the Emergency Services, Funeral & Mortuary, Industrial, Aviation, Military sectors complemented by our Ferno Care aftersales service division.
The company globally has presence in over 70 countries and they work with distributors in France, Italy, Germany, Japan and the UK with production and distribution focusing on emergency and rescue equipment.
Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing you will be taking ownership of the marketing strategy for Europe.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience of working within a B2B focussed business, preferably within EMS, Medical or the Distribution sectors.
• Experience of helping a business through a period of growth and digital transformation.
• Leadership experience or managing a small team.
• Experience of working with multiple clients within a business is ideal.
• Experience of working within an international business, preferably with a presence in Europe would be advantageous.
• Willingness to travel across Europe between 20-40% of the time.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. European Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across Europe, working closely with Ferno’s distributors and regional teams. This role is responsible for driving brand consistency, marketing strategy, and growth across diverse European markets.
