A major part of this strategy is our cornerstone digital transformation project- Future of Service. This initiative will revolutionise the way employers and employees interact with their benefits and is set to become the market benchmark for benefits management.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working as an embedded member of the Future of Service project team, we need a strategic hands-on Marketing all-rounder to lead the go-to market launch across our customer and client base for our new digital experience.
This will be a fascinating 6 Month Contract for someone who loves getting into the psychology of customer behaviour, has a passion for customer experience and would get satisfaction from working on a major digital transformation project.
Working directly with our Future of Service team and vendor partners, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the development and implementation of our launch framework, strategy and execution plan to all our customer segments.

Responsibilities:
- Work with our expert partner to diagnose behavioural insights across our customer segments and develop behaviourally optimised launch frameworks
- Support our research partners with the execution of primary research
- Utilise our behavioural framework to develop the multi-channel launch communication strategy across our customer segments
- Guide the development (copy, design and approvals) of required assets to enable a successful launch across our customer segments
- Manage the launch communications project plan
- Establish launch success metrics and mechanisms to report and analyse performance
- Measure progress, evaluate results and re-prioritise when appropriate to maintain focus on launch goals.
- Engage all key stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process
- Manage compliance and legal approval sign-offs
- Liaise with our Change Management team to ensure alignment across internal change activities
