Senior Marketing Manager - Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace
The is looking for their next Senior Marketing Manager.
is an upscale resort located just 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport, near top attractions like SeaWorld® Orlando and Universal Orlando® Resort. The hotel features over 1,400 rooms, a variety of dining options, and 225,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, making it a prime destination for both leisure and business travelers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and brand management.
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and generate reports.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for initiating, implementing, and tracking all marketing campaigns and promotions to promote revenue growth and generation in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
- Propose and implement hotel-specific marketing and campaign strategies, including maintaining and marketing websites, employing corporate brand marketing, and leveraging social media.
- Monitor marketing trends, tools, and applications specific to the hotel industry and target market(s).
- Measure and report the impact of marketing strategies.
- Work with Revenue Management to ensure the maximum potential of key marketing strategies, including third-party websites.
- Generate and deliver monthly marketing analyses and updates to Sales and Revenue Management.
- Monitor and develop marketing team member performance, including managing projects and deadlines, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and reward.
- Partner with hotel department leaders to enhance departmental revenue through targeted marketing campaigns. #LI-AT3
