Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and support our go-to-market functions. As our first marketing hire, you will be expected to produce autonomous results. You will be responsible for managing traditional marketing responsibilities, including core messaging, brand building, and lead generation campaigns. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our product teams to understand our product value and launch timelines, equipping our sales and commercial teams with the right materials and messaging to drive deal closures. Additionally, you will need to deeply understand our existing market of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and our future markets in value-based care to tailor messaging and positioning that resonates with these clients. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer with a focus on driving educated leads and deal close rate percentage.

Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. Intus Care empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. In addition, Intus Care offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support new PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a digital health marketing leader.
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital health marketing.
  • Extensive track record of successfully supporting marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex product launches.
  • Experience working closely with product teams to understand complex products and create resonating messaging.
  • Deep understanding of various healthcare models within the value-based care space.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to develop detailed project and marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals and teams of varying backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside in the United States of America.
