SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER
Lantern is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive utilization of our various products, primarily focusing on our Cancer Care program. Our ideal candidate is an experienced consumer marketer with strong attention to detail and a creative mindset who will push the envelope and help us rise above the healthcare status quo.
Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders and marketing peers to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive member activation and utilization of our Cancer Care program
- Monitor KPIs and recommend course-correction when goals are off track, such as app adoption, conversion rates or Performance Guarantees
- Execute marketing initiatives, manage timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure successful campaign launches and measurement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics and product to ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
- Help build and maintain a scalable content library for employer communications, ensuring that materials are consistent, relevant, and tailored to the needs of different segments.
- Develop personas and relevant messaging for our Cancer Care program.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, engaging content that supports lifecycle marketing goals.
- Support external conversations with clients or prospects when needed.
- Develop internal and external feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in our marketing strategy, such as member surveys, market research and client feedback and compile actionable insights for stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in consumer marketing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Experience in a high-growth culture
- Proficiency in Monday.com and Adobe Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- No certifications or licenses required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and sit for long periods of time.
